Take notice that on the 8th day of November 2000, an application to put Lincoln Road Developments Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 14th day of December 2000 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
