Take notice that on the 17th day of October 2000, an application to put Sandpiper Cashmere Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 7th day of December 2000 at 10.00 a.m.

that day.
