Take notice that on the 29th day of September 2000, an application for putting The Gap 2000 Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 7th day of December 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Radio Works NZ Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Receivables Management Limited, Sixth Floor, Consultancy House, 7 Bond Street, Dunedin.
