Take notice that on the 7th day of November 2000, an application for putting Better Building Products Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Tauranga.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on Monday, the 11th day of December 2000 at 11.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Mercator Technologies Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Chamberlains, Solicitors, Level Nine, Arthur Andersen Tower,
National Bank Building, 205 Queen Street, Auckland (Attention: A. Steele).
