Take notice that on the 1st day of December 1999, an application for putting Dial A Sober Driver Christchurch Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, the 14th day of February 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance no later than the second working day before that day.
The applicant is Radio Otago Limited (trading as C93FM and 194.5FM), whose address for the service is at the offices of Otago Credit Consultants Limited, Sixth Floor, Consultancy House, 7 Bond Street, Dunedin.
