Take notice that on the 18th day of September 2000, an application for putting Whitewood Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on Monday, the 4th day of December 2000 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Pacific Dunlop Holdings NZ Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Receivables Management NZ Limited, 5 King Street (P.O. Box 1142), Hamilton.
