Take notice that on the 27th day of October 2000, an application for putting International Wholesale Distributors Limited (trading as Tokyo Tyres) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 7th day of December 2000
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Value Tyres Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Macfarlane Dougall Stringer, Level One, Langwood House, 90 Armagh Street, Christchurch.
