Take notice that on the 26th day of October 2000, an application for putting Crown Cars Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on Monday, the 4th day of December 2000 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is New Zealand Railways Corporation, whose address for service is at the offices of Corporate Collections Limited, 187 Mt Eden Road, Mt Eden, Auckland.
