Take notice that on the 3rd day of November 2000, an application for putting Yorztif G Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 4th day of December 2000 at 9.30 a.m.

that day.
