Take notice that on the 30th day of October 2000, an application for putting Opaekete Ostrich Farm Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Palmerston North.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Palmerston North on the 11th day of December 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicants are Helen Margaret Mortimer and
Leo Stephen Mortimer, whose address for service is at
the offices of Messrs Ben Vanderkolk & Associates, First Floor, Semper House, 157 Broadway, Palmerston North.
