Take notice that on the 3rd day of October 2000, an application to put Gifford Park Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 30th day of November 2000 at 10.00 a.m.

that day.
