Take notice that on the 25th day of October 2000, an application for putting Rural Land Developments (No1) Limited (formerly Forest Cartage Investments Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 14th day of December 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Land Transport Division (trading as Land Transport Safety Authority (Transport Registry Centre)), whose address for service is at the offices of Paul Thomas, Level Two, Baycorp House, 15 Hopetoun Street, Auckland.
