In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, between Clare Gooswilligen, of Tauranga, technician-Plaintiff:
And-Whitewood Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Matamata-Defendant:
Take notice that on Monday, the 25th day of September 2000, an application for putting Whitewood Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Taihoa North Road, R.D. 3, Matamata, into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on the 4th day of December 2000 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Clare Gooswilligen, whose address for service is at the offices of Holland Beckett Maltby, Solicitors, 96 Cameron Road (Private Bag), Tauranga.
