Take notice that on Thursday, the 23rd day of December 1999, an application for the appointment of a liquidator and for putting The Ring Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, the 14th day of February 2000 at 9.30 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
