Take notice that on the 19th day of September 2000, an application for putting Sportscapes (NZ) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Tauranga.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on the 20th day of November 2000 at 11.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Ferry Aggregates Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Messrs Sharp Tudhope, Solicitors, NZI Building, 35 Grey Street (Private Bag
12-020), Tauranga.
