Take notice that on the 12th day of October 2000, an application for putting Butchers' Choice Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 20th day of November 2000 at 9.30 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Weston Milling (a branch of Allied Foods Co Limited), whose address for service is at the offices of Paul Thomas, Level Two, Baycorp House, 15 Hopetoun Street, Auckland.
