Take notice that on Tuesday, the 3rd day of October 2000, an application for putting Southern Squash Growers Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Whangarei.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Whangarei on Monday, the 11th day of December 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Ravensdown Fertiliser Co-operative Limited, whose address for service is at the offices
