Take notice that on the 2nd day of October 2000, an application for appointment of liquidator and for putting Canterbury Asset Management Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 16th day of November 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are David Bryden Davidson and Richard Dale Agnew, whose address for service is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Solicitors, Level Thirteen, Telstra Business Centre, 191-201 Queen Street, Auckland.
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
