Take notice that on the 3rd day of October 2000, an application for putting DPS Trucks Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Napier.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Napier on Thursday, the 16th day of November 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The applicant is Patchell Industries Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Messrs Olphert Sandford, Solicitors, Atlantis House, 1208 Amohia Street (P.O. Box 99), Rotorua.
