Take notice that on the 11th day of October 2000, an application for putting Rymer Place Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 23rd day of November 2000 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The plaintiff is Benchmark Building Supplies Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Messrs Craig Griffin & Lord, Solicitors, 187 Mt Eden Road, Mt Eden (P.O. Box 9049, Newmarket), Auckland.
