Take notice that on the 11th day of October 2000, an application for putting Epic Projects Limited into liquidation by the Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
This application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on the 20th day of November 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Davis Trading Company Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Gibson Sheat, Solicitors, Gibson Sheat Centre, 1 Margaret Street (Private Bag 31-905 or D.X. T.P. 42-008), Lower Hutt.
