Take notice that on the 21st day of December 1999, an application for winding up of Cottle Enterprises Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Rotorua.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on Monday, the 21st day of February 2000 at 11.45 a.m.
