Take notice that on the 21st day of September 2000, an application for putting Pauanui Lakes Resort Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on the 6th day of November 2000 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Ross Graham Pauling, Murray
