Take notice that on the 13th day of September 2000, an application for putting Coral Air Limited into liquidation by the Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 16th day of November 2000 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Gibson Sheat, Solicitors, Gibson Sheat Centre, 1 Margaret Street (Private Bag 31-905 or D.X. T.P. 42-008), Lower Hutt.
