Take notice that on the 28th day of September 2000, an application for putting Putt & Roebuck (1995) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at New Plymouth.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at
New Plymouth on Tuesday, the 31st day of October 2000 at 10.00 a.m.

that day.
