Take notice that on the 30th day of August 2000, an application for putting Gourmet Burger Co. Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on the 6th day of November 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The plaintiffs are Gail Louise McDonald, John Logan McDonald and Kay Winifred McDonald, whose address for service is care of O'Sullivan Clemens, Lawyers, 1181 Arawa Street (P.O. Box 646 or D.X. J.P. 30-002), Rotorua.
