Take notice that on the 22nd day of December 1999, an application for putting Mineral Providers NZ Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 17th day of February 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
