In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, between Accident Compensation Corporation, of Wellington-Plaintiff:
And-Marshall Group Investments Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland-Defendant:
Take notice that on the 6th day of September 2000, an application for putting Marshall Group Investments Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 26th day of October 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Accident Compensation Corporation, whose address for service is at the offices of Scannell Wrigley & Co, Solicitors, 122 Queen Street East, Hastings.
Further particulars may be obtained from the office of the Court or from the plaintiff or the plaintiff's solicitor.
