Take notice that on the 20th day of September 2000, an application for putting Red Shed Homes Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on the 6th day of November 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicants are Glenn Michael Steinmetz and
Rachael Lee Steinmetz, whose address for service is
at the offices of Bryson Burnett & Co, 5 Ngaio Road
(P.O. Box 206), Waikanae.
