Take notice that on the 13th day of January 2000, an application for putting GTM Center BOP Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Tauranga.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on the 21st day of February 2000 at 11.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The applicant is Air Arc Cutting Systems (NZ) Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Stace Hammond Grace and Partners, Solicitors, Stace Hammond House, 3 Caro Street, Hamilton.
