Take notice that on the 11th day of August 2000, an application for putting Vertrans Associates Limited and Vertrans Compliance Management Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The defendant companies are being liquidated solely for the purpose of restructuring.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 19th day of October 2000 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant companies, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Ralph Kenneth Abercrombie, whose address for service is at the office of Stephen McDonald, Solicitor, Princes Court, 2 Princes Street, Auckland Central.
