Take notice that on the 19th day of September 2000, an application for putting Equinox Construction Limited (now called GFF Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 16th day of November 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
A statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the office of the Court or at the applicant's address for service.
The applicant is Plumbtec NZ Limited, whose address
for service is at the offices of Wynyard Wood, Solicitors, 120 Albert Street (P.O. Box 6048), Auckland.
