In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, between Tasman Liquor Company Limited, of Auckland-Plaintiff:
And-Crazy Jacks Liquor Taneatua Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Matata-Defendant:
Take notice that on the 12th day of September 2000, an application for putting Crazy Jacks Liquor Taneatua Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Tauranga.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on Monday, the 20th day of November 2000 at 11.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Tasman Liquor Company Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Scannell Wrigley
& Co, Solicitors, 122 Queen Street East, Hastings.
