Take notice that on the 23rd day of November 1999, an application for the liquidation of CIE NZ Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 2nd day of March 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The applicant is Automated Systems Integrators Limited of Auckland, whose address for service is at the offices of its solicitors, Messrs Swayne McDonald & Co, 236A Great South Road, Manurewa, Auckland.
