And-Installer Services (Wellington) Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at care of Tax Planning Services, Tech Rentals House, Level One, 209 Victoria Street, Wellington-Defendant:
Take notice that on the 15th day of September 2000, an application for putting Installer Services (Wellington) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on Monday, the 9th day of October 2000 at 10.00 o'clock in the forenoon.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Tectonic (1994) Limited, whose solicitor is R. A. McL. Fraser, whose address for service is at the offices of R. A. Fraser & Associates, Solicitors, 103-105 Worcester Street (P.O. Box 163), Christchurch.
