Take notice that on the 14th day of September 2000, an application for putting Comstock Global Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 2nd day of November 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Rent-A-Phone Limited (in liquidation), whose address for service is at the offices of Lowndes Associates, Level Five, 18 Shortland Street, Auckland.
Any documents may be served on the plaintiff at that address, or:
(a) Posted to Lowndes Associates at P.O. Box 7311, Auckland; or
