Take notice that on the 7th day of September 2000, an application to put BM Investments Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 16th day of October 2000 at 9.30 a.m.

that day.
