Take notice that on the 23rd day of August 2000, an application for putting Nightlife Enterprises Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Rotorua.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on Monday, the 16th day of October 2000 at 11.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Planning Network Services Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Simpson Grierson, 92-96 Albert Street, Auckland.
