Take notice that on the 21st day of August 2000, an application for putting Straightline Roofing Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 5th day of October 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Calder Stewart Industries Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Harman & Co, Solicitors, Level Nineteen, PricewaterhouseCoopers Building, 119 Armagh Street (P.O. Box 13-151 or D.X. W.P. 21-015), Christchurch.
