Take notice that on the 30th day of August 2000, an application for the liquidation of Fly NZ Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 2nd day of November 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is DC Parsons (trading as Indepth Forensic), whose address for service is at the offices of Tompkins Wake, Westpac House, 430 Victoria Street, Hamilton.
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be:
(a) Left at the address for service; or
(b) Posted to the solicitor at P.O. Box 258, Hamilton; or
