In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, between Accident Compensation Corporation, of Wellington-Plaintiff:
And-Plaza Bakery Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Timaru-Defendant:
Take notice that on the 11th day of August 2000, an application for putting Plaza Bakery Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Timaru.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Timaru on Thursday, the 12th day of October 2000 at 11.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Accident Compensation Corporation, whose address for service is at the offices of Scannell Wrigley & Co, Solicitors, 122 Queen Street East, Hastings.
Further particulars may be obtained from the office of the Court or from the applicant or the applicant's solicitor.
