Take notice that on the 27th day of July 2000, an application to put Teecee Agencies Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 28th day of September 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Manufacturers-Marketing Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Messrs Connell & Connell, Level Fifteen, ASB Bank Centre, corner of Wellesley and Albert Streets, Auckland.
