Take notice that on the 15th day of August 2000, an application for putting Mayfair Developments (NZ) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thurday, the 10th day of October 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Architecture Warren & Mahoney Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of
Wolfe Stone & Langhams, Fourth Floor, 138 Victoria Street (P.O. Box 25-085 or D.X. W.P. 21-406), Christchurch.
