Take notice that on the 18th day of July 2000, an application for putting Diosma Investments Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 14th day of September 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicants are Donald Miles McIntosh and William Arthur Endean (trading as Dawsons), whose address for service is corner of Fencible Drive and Wellington Street, Howick, Auckland.
