And-Write Finance Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at the office at 2 Union Street, Hawera-Defendant:
Take notice that on the 23rd day of November 1999, an application for the winding up of Write Finance Limited, by the High Court was filed in the High Court at New Plymouth.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at New Plymouth on Monday, the 7th day of February 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The applicant is Sherryn Coleman, whose address for service is at the offices of Govett Quilliam, Number
1 Dawson Street, New Plymouth (Attention: Catherine Jones).
