Take notice that on the 6th day of September 1999, an application for the putting into liquidation of Sands & Stones Limited (now named Aveesteal Limited) was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on Monday, the 7th day of February 2000 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The applicant is Waipa Agricultural and Diesel Services Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of O'Sheas Barristers & Solicitors, Level Five, KPMG Centre, 85 Alexandra Street, Hamilton.
