Take notice that on the 2nd day of August 2000, an application for the putting of Complete Printing Services Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 28th day of September 2000 at 10.00 o'clock in the forenoon.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Dunham Bremmer (a division of Blue Star Print Group Limited), whose address for service is at the offices of K. P. McDonald, Solicitor, Third Floor, Guardian Assurance Building, 12-14 Northcroft Street, Takapuna, Auckland.
