Take notice that on Wednesday, the 22nd day of December 1999, an application for putting Tools & Designs Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at New Plymouth.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at New Plymouth on Monday, the 7th day of February 2000 at
10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The applicant is Kuehne & Nagel (NZ) Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Phillips Fox, Solicitors, Twenty-second Floor, Phillips Fox Tower, 209 Queen Street, Auckland.
