Take notice that on the 12th day of July 2000, an application for putting Auto Werks Limited (trading as Nationwide Auto Centre Taupo) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Rotorua.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on Monday, the 18th day of September 2000 at 11.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the 14th day of September 2000.
A statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the office of the Court or at the applicant's address for service.
The applicant is Castrol NZ Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Wynyard Wood, Solicitors,
120 Albert Street (P.O. Box 6048), Auckland.
