Take notice that on the 7th day of August 2000, an application for putting The Deanery Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, the 18th day of September 2000 at 9.30 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicants are Brent Stephen Savage, Christine Helen Rhodes and Alexander Peter Fenton, all as trustees of the Balmoral Trust, whose address for service is care of Richard Burtt and Andrew Logan, Barristers and Solicitors, Ground Floor, Landsborough House, 287 Durham Street (P.O. Box 3021), Christchurch.
